How to apply?

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

The NDIS now supports over 500,000 Australians with disability to access the services and supports they need.

By prioritising accessibility, effective communication, tailored care plans, preventive care, empowerment, and training, healthcare DCS supports women with disabilities in accessing appropriate care that meets their unique needs.

You will have 2 service bookings for your current SIL.

One service booking will be created for the annual SIL plan value (all supports excluding irregular supports) under the category Core – Assistance with Daily Life. A second line item level service booking will be created for irregular supports.
