Services
Providing Everything You Need
Personal Care 24/7
Our support workers come at different times during the day, including:
-
visiting in the morning.
-
visiting in the afternoon.
-
staying overnight.
Our personal care services assist the people we support with their daily self-care tasks, such as maintaining hygiene and grooming skills. Some personal care may include personal hygiene, toileting, eating, attending appointments, using aids, mobility, and basic first aid. We provide support to participants in various settings, such as clients’ own homes, with family or others, and during social, recreational, educational, or employment activities.
Our carers are not only highly qualified but also deeply compassionate. They are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care while ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients. We don’t just throw in any support worker that’s available; we carefully match participants with the staff that we feel are really going to get along. We also develop services around the goals and needs of the people within our service.
Social Support.
As we becomes more attuned to social interactions and communicating with others, we are likely to develop friendships.
The skill of making friends comes down to respecting others feelings, finding common interests and maintaining contact when they are not around. We can break these things down into little objectives or daily habits for our loved ones.
For example, we may get into the habit of calling a friend every Sunday at 5pm. This small gesture will quickly turn into a habit, and often a habit that improves our quality of life. DCS is here to help you to improve this skill more than before.

Your health is realy important to us
Infections can be a serious health concern, and keeping a clean home is crucial to preventing the spread of germs and bacteria.
DCS establishes a cleaning schedule to ensure that all areas of our group homes or your house are regularly maintained. This includes daily, weekly, and monthly services, as well as seasonal deep cleaning with Effective Cleaning Products. Our well-trained staff is here to minimize the risk of infection by regularly cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, faucet handles, or any place that could harbor a significant number of germs. In our group homes, we ensure that trash is disposed of in a timely manner and use airtight containers to prevent odours and pests. We also encourage everyone to wash their hands frequently and practice proper food handling techniques. Regularly declutter and organize the living spaces to minimize potential health hazards. Our workers regularly wash bedding, towels, and other linens at least once a week to remove dirt, allergens, and bacteria.
Group Activity
Social isolation can be a significant challenge, and DCS addresses this issue by creating opportunities for our beloved residents to engage with one another, form friendships, and participate in community events. Group activities, such as movie nights, game sessions, or outings to local attractions, promote social interaction and foster a sense of camaraderie among residents.
Our games designed for all abilities and inclusive of those living with a disability. Foster connections, laughter, and cherished memories in a warm, friendly environment. We host a number of games that cater to a range of diverse needs and preferences, ensuring an engaging experience for all participants. Our facilitators are well-versed in the NDIS framework and provide a safe, stimulus free environment. These nights can be fully funded using your NDIS package, are very affordable, and are a great night to start developing new relationships in the community.
